Our operating teams are there to handle operation, but they don't handle the customers services, like communication and quotation, all customers services will be taken care of in Shenzhen Headquarter and Guangzhou Branch, so that we can concentrate the resources to make better central management.
2. We can not only offer the warehouse to store the goods, but also arrange picking up from the suppliers.
The warehouse choice is based on the locations of all your suppliers, we will choose the nearest one to save the transportation cost for all of them.
3. Small samples shipping with contracted prices.
We have very large discount from UPS/ DHL/ FEDEX/ EMS/ TNT and so on, for the samples about tens kilograms.
4. We do emphasize the communication is very very important part in logistics world, especially in ocean shipment.
Ocean shipping is most complicated work other than air shipping or express shipping, because ocean shipping involves many people and many procedures, they are easily to make mistakes then cause deny and rejection. That's why we pay a lot attention to the management on the process control.
Suggestion:
I would suggest you clear the charges responsibility with your suppliers, if they do FOB teams or EXW team must be clear.
I have experienced that, a supplier claimed he will do FOB, but actually, he doesn't know what is FOB, he thought the goods delivered to the warehouse in port is enough, and refuse to pay the customs clearance and documents charges in China, my client's goods was about to arrive and no time to negociate with him any more, so my client finally paid by himself.
We will make this clear with your suppliers and confirm via the email, so that you wont be asked to pay for that at lastminute.
